Side Draft Paint Booth
Powder Spray Booth can be manual suitable for single operator, or back to back suitable for two operators. Automatic booth has cutouts for Reciprocating Automatic Guns with provision of touch up stations. The Powder Booth is provided with Multi-cyclone recovery system. The fine powder exhausted outside through the Blower. We recommend After Filters or Post Filter for a clean environment. Post Filter has cartridge filters and pulse jet system. The powder deposited on the filters is removed by pulse given to compressed air and powder is collected in the bottom bin. This powder is of no use as is fine and cannot be charged.
Powder Coating Booth
Paint booths can be dry type or Wet type depending upon paint consumption.
Dry Booths are provided with metallic filters and coir filters. Coir filters collects the paint particles escaped through metallic filters and avoid damage to blower. Wet booths are manual side drought or down drought and are suitable for single operator or two operators(back to back) or suitable for automatic guns with manual touch up stations.
