Conveyorised Powder Coating Ovens
Ovens are batch type or conveyorised depending upon plant design. Batch type ovens are normally box type with doors for entry and exit of trolley.
Conveyorised ovens are tunnel type, with conveyor loops inside or camel back type. Camel back ovens are elevated and are recommended wherever openings are large, in case of large opening the heat losses are more and camel back design minimizes the heat loss.
Ovens can be Electrical, Diesel fired or Gas fired depending upon availability of energy. Paint curing ovens are provided with explosion vent and fume extraction blower with ducting.
